This is such propaganda. The average citizen will NOT benefit from these ventures. China, the Emirates and Japan are among the many countries buying up land and pushing local farmers out. Multinational agribusiness is growing cash crops for export leaving the local population to fend for themselves (on the equivalent of $2 /week). In the meantime local politicians grow rich and people are afraid to speak out. Don't be fooled-don't give up your land!
@68evolver Well said. There aren't any guns or knives being held to anyone's head in the video, so most won't be able to figure out that at the end of the day, what'll go down is a pure robbery. Propaganda in its sickest form. Between foreign governments and their respective multinationals, Sierra Leone will be owned by outsiders, and a few richer native elites, without any concern for the masses of people. 30 yrs from now, SL will have been totally owned. How? Bought 100 acres at a time.
@68evolver ....just want to let u know that, with due respect,Sierra Leone WILL NOT BE OWN BY FORIEGNERS..Its only matter of time we will own our country whether the multinationals, governments or the rich like it or not.The people of Sierra Leone will and must enjoy the goodness of thier land.Because the land does not belong to anybody but God.So God can remove any man who se agender is to exploits the poor.

It's beautiful and it feels good when you see a positive side of our beloveth country. God help us. Thanks to the producers of the video. I just wish people in the city could beleive that life is better in the villages which is more healthier than living in slums. There is so much land to start something big for themselves. love.
Its all about investing... creating jobs, and re-using the money within the country and creating even more opportunities for its CITIZENS... No use calling the Europeans in and giving them he bulk of the dividends... or else we ll be back where we ve started in 20 years time.
Although we are puching for agriculture.... We also need to encorage Sierra Leonian investments in the country by Sierra Leonians... We mustnt sell ourselves short!
hope all goes well ! <3 hope to vist there one day ! :D
