Bruce Springsteen - Last To Die live (Today Show 28.9.2007)

You guys shouldn't get mad at people for voicing their opinions against Springsteen's message here, when the only reason he can even sing this song is because of free speech.

I am as big a Bruce fan as it gets, but I happen to disagree with some of his songs, and this would be one of them.

If the US did not intervene, there would never be a "Last to Die", because civilians would continue to be killed by things such as roadside bombs, etc.

I am blown away by the many war-related charity foundations and organizations that Bruce Springsteen supports. You can ignorantly judge him, but I think you need to do some research. You will be amazed at all of the Iraq, Vietnam, and other war related medical assistance programs that he supports.

If you want to understand the problem with our county, watch this video. Here is bruce pouring out his heart over the state of our fractured union, and there are a bunch of oblivious idiots dancing in the crowd. not connecting at all with what is being said on stage. Wake up people, and get with it, or we will end up with bands singing about our social situation because of the newly instated draft. Maybe that will improve the quality of the social comment we get from Rock and roll today.
