the lay out is weird because you cant drive far. It is a world pro am course. As of 2011 it is one of the best. sorry you dont have skilled playing facilities there where you are from.
@007prissy I am assuming you got butt hurt when I said the layout was weird and didn't bother to listen to me explain. The layout is weird. The flow doesn't make sense on several holes. Not the way the holes play, but the walk between the holes.
Also, it's not one of the best. Within 3 hours of my house I have Lemon Lake, Flip City, Pieradise, and Idlewild. Those are legit "skilled facilities" with woods holes, water shots, bomber holes and everything in between. Airy is fine. It's not great.
#16 is down the stairs just to the right when you're facing #15's basket. I haven't played there in years. Yes, there is a hike between #6 and #7. That's fairly normal for some courses. I could show you worse... =)
@tgidaniel I just got back form Charlotte North Carolina. It was funny at the course called the Hornest Nest. There was a group of people standing around the pad when I threw and I aced the yellow basket. Everyone went crazy but I was playing the longs and the hole dog legged left another 200 feet. I thought that layout was terrible since it was tight and you will land by the short basket if not hit it. They all wanted to sign my disc too? I kept telling them I was playing the longs.
