  • i am a Hindu and i tried to braid cornrow although it is alot tough

  • SO TIGHT!

  • really helpful! and yes it hurts a bit but only for like 5 minutes, if u don't think it's worth it then don't do it!

  • Just Leave her ALONE!! Your hurting her like really badly!! Don't Ever Do Cornrows again!

  • She looks like shes gonna cry! :(

  • It hurts but hey, you cant take pain..dont do it. Its that simple. Haters gonna hate.

  • That's not being mean that's my opinion... And yes when I see someone white with braids I font like how it looks you might not understand what I mean but hey I'm not here to argue just stating my opinion. And I'm not the only one who feels this way

  • what is wrongg with this woman is she trying to pull the scalp off the poor lady?

  • I can barely hear what you are saying.

  • thats hurting that lassie :L you can see in her face thats its sore :/ i do cornrows but would never do it that tight as if you go on holiday and its really hot it does cause water retension x

  • I was not even looking at the woman bracing, I was. Looking how red the. Poor girl is from pain. 1:09 ouch wanted to smack the. Heck outta that woman, like seriously. Ease up a little.

  • that looked really painful, does it hurt to have it done? Im just wondering.

  • please someone tell me if that hurts I'am full blood cherokee and have long thick hair and was thinking about getting cornrows please positive remarks

  • @tehee1266 it depends on the person who is doing your hair. i had a school friend who did cornrows and it did not hurt while the other friend did hurt me. so pick someone who know how to do it.

  • um sorry but cornrows dont fit everyone it might not fit white people as much cause were not use to seeing them in braids, but honestly i hate it it , but braids look better on thicker hair

  • @TheXclusiveme That's mean to say I have a white friend and she looks just fine everyone looks the same it's just there tone so what if you have dark skin you could have been white

    I'm Jamaican,Indian ,and white and I'm not dark,but I'm not fair

  • ummm wow @ the comment below. And I'm black ( Dark Skinnded) and i find that to be offensive and ignorant. smh and that is why society today is still messed up.

  • Ouch!! !!

  • that kind of mad me mad 1:09 ; I woudve said " hold on bitch lol "

  • The model looks like she's un pain.

  • ooooooooowwwwwwwww

  • Man! This is ridiculous, Video or not, I would have been out the door. Yanking on that lady head like that. Could not have been a sister. This is some foolishness. The lady ear and scalp was red, and I saw some bumps already forming . Did anyone see when she made the part , the girl was in pain.....SMH.....

  • Dang! She is really yanking on this client's hair. That looks painful

  • @13LACHAPULINA13 I agree! But u HAVE to pull white hair EXTRA tiight it dont like to stay braided, but then again, i dont know if ANYBODY would get away from her as TIGHT as she was pulling that chix hair. :-D

  • hahahaha

  • expert village my ass i would got up nd popped her in the face " bitch u braidin to tight"

  • Damn she rough

  • she is braiding that girl's hair tight as hell! poor baby!

  • Isnt she a little bit harsh?

  • @19lionkingfan Yes, I know. I was harsh, but his comment was offensive too. Anyway, all types of hair have their certain appeal. I guess angry people say stupid/mean things.

  • @Alunuca i guess so

  • cornrowing hurts, if it doesn't its not gonna last very long

  • people forget that there are black people that are biracial. And if you look at her hair it's relaxed hair. She's black but fair skinned. I'm from the Caribbean and i have cousins that looks like her.

  • @Redheadaud I am Biracial and I do not relax my hair my hair is ring curly and used to be really long but I cut it

  • mm , i'd tear dat girl up ! xD

  • 1:09 , she must have had alot of pain there ..

  • I always thought you weren't supposed to pull so tight at the edges, for fear of pulling the hair out.

  • @frannykstein your not post to. It can leave you with hair loss. Its best to have it lose but not so lose that its coming out. I use to hate when they did it tight

  • i could not hear it and all my volume are up any one else have problems?

  • Wtf. this makes no sense.

  • excuse me, but im white and i LOVE "black" hair styles. they r sooo fking pretty!(: n i do think they look bttr on black ppl. i think it has 2 do with hair texture.. cuz my cousin is black and her mom is white. she has her moms hair, n it doesnt usually look that good when its styled. js.

  • OMG, serious wincing being done by the 'head model' LMAO!!!

  • @RuneScapeMMO

not racist u fuck... jus my opinion, u lot are pale, so it don't suit u, and imma girl but point being... colored people look much better in corn rows

  • @bckuri984 a hair style has nothing to do with your skin color you silent racist.

  • @RuneScapeMMO

ya but come on. srsly. im white n i luv cornrows. ive had them many times b4 but it does look way bttr on my black family and friends.. but it also has 2 do wit ur hair texture. js.(:

  • @ArtIsABang432 yea i gotta admit that's true.

  • it looks better on poeple with light skin and dark brown hair. then it dont look odd.

and then there just anoying on black poeple.

  • Hhahahahah she wuz killin that white girl hair she red as kool aid haha

  • Ha! She didnt need to pull on her hair that much! lol poor girl.

  • It is not correct that her scalp is pink. also, she is in pain. EASE UP GIRL

  • owwy

  • you her skin was red first cornrow =[

  • Wow I can't believe I found this!! Lol I am the model in this video and for the is she white? Is she black debate? .....I'm white but who really cares.... Thanks for watching!!!! And yes my hair is Super curly and I flat ironed my hair for these videos.

  • yeah that looks painful. There's got to be a better way of doing it.

  • ooooooooooooooooooooooooouch! damn

  • Very good video. helped a lot. I always got someone else to braid my daughters hair, but now i can get the hang of it.

and btw to everyone else. Doesn't matter the race... its how the person looks witht he hairstyle... So really, be a little mature with the comments :/

  • Im a white guy and I want cornrows how long should I let my hair grow?

  • @grizzlyrdr

    Prolly Ear Length

  • @grizzlyrdr

Prolly Ear Length Or Shoulder Length

  • Damn, she heavy handed as hell!

  • It looks painfull, hairstylist is showing no mercy!

  • @bckuri984 that wasnt very nice dude.

  • she looks like shes in pain ..

  • AUCHHHHHH!!!!! SI A MI PEINA ELLA ME QUEDO SIN UN SOLO CABELLO

  • Im not sure if anyone has realized...but the clients hair is NOT naturally straight. Her hair was manipulated with some sort of heating tool to make it straight. Look at the texture of her hair...Naturally straight hair is very shiny and appears healthy looking especially with a heating tool. Her hair is not very shiny and appears as if her hair went from curly to straight,. Curly hair does not have too much natural shine unless serum/oil has been added. Thnks.

  • unless ur really tanned then it looks good but if ur pale, hell no, and ur hair should be thick and curly else the braids i think dont last AS long and look AS good :)

  • It doesn't matter what race or texture, the stylist (even though the braid was neat) braided extremely too tight. When she takes that braid out...some of her hair will come out with it.

  • i braid over not under so will that work to ?

  • its bad enough i have to have an add and now they gotta let the add buffer :/

  • Amen. I like Cornrows on us white folk, but dreads? Oh no, dont look right. We have so much we can do with our hair, No need for dreads. But this lady does an awesome job. There is a difference in the hair type. She has straight hair, so shes not used to naps/many tangles. Africans have different hair so they are used to their hair being pulled and braided. So they have a "thicker skin" if you ask me.

  • @XXMISTY20XX Since you are white, you can't possibly be an authority on black hair, skin or anything. Just so you know, there are black people who have very sensitive skin and would be in excruciating pain undergoing what the model in the video is experiencing. And, all "Africans" are not used to their hair being pulled and braided; there are many types and textures among them. Only if extra melanin actually makes skin "thicker" can you say blacks have thicker skin.

  • haha this girl looks pissed and in pain lol

  • how ur hair has to be in order to do cornrow braid?

  • Yea cornrow hurts...get used to it or dont put em in...Fuck

  • aww the model is adorable but she's in pain

  • it doesnt matter if shes white or black although white people hair is thinner. . braids are gonna regardless & some people braid tighter then others. . so yeahh ;

  • Shes still hot lol

but the pain I might change my mind about this xD

  • Obviously she looks like she is in pain...cornrows are pulled extremely tight. If they were loosed up they would not stay in very long its not the stylist who needs to take the client into consideration, but the client who needs to take what hair style she can handle into consideration.

  • lol the model looks miserable

  • Out of all styles, she picks this!? O.o

  • home girl looks like she has never gotten her hair corn rowed before

  • aww the poor girl getting her hair done

  • i can hardly hear her , and hell you instructions arnt easy or helpful

  • she is hurting her head''hair''

  • You have do it tight or the wont stay real long and get frizzy

  • white people look odd with corn rows, dont suit em, cuz there so friggin white

only looks good on dark skinned people i think :)

  • @bckuri984 asians too. well only when a small portion of it is braided:)

  • @bckuri984 im white and i totally agree, i would never get it done we just look like chavs if we do :)

  • @bckuri984 racist

  • @bckuri984 It's not because they are white, it's because they have a totally different hair type! And I'd rather not wear cornrows, than have a bunch of pubes on my head.:)

  • @bckuri984 KANT FORGET YELLA BONE5 = )

  • @bckuri984 if they have tann-ish skin it looks fine.

  • @bckuri984 and only if there boys

  • @bckuri984 thats racist what u think just cuz ur black means only u can have cainrows ? it suits anyone

  • @bckuri984 white people invented corn rows

  • her head and scalp is red

  • wow u can see the pain in her face lol that shitt heart

  • she so ruff on her head

  • Sometimes it hurts to be beautiful...lol, look at 8 in pumps! but that braid was quick and tight looks like it'll last. Did it real good

  • shes mixed people to funny

  • no doubt the stylist is efficient, but she should really take into consideration the pain of her client.

  • @english7818 the model isn't suppose to show the pain. That is her job, that is why she gets paid to sit there and have her hair done.

  • @english7818 Most people (i.e. black people) who get this style done probably have been getting since they were young, so are probably use to the pulling. It just keeps the hair neater, but you can always ask the stylist how tight or loose you want it.

  • @vanessaLDN yeah but she's white, so I doubt that.

  • what would be the minimum læenght of the hair before its possible to make good cornrows. (for guys) ?

  • she look like she in pain!!

  • lol wow shes half black if yall havnt noticed...or got black in her you can tell by her bone structure

  • ;-oomfg i feel srry 4 that chick she's in pain~

  • why is she pulling that girls hair like that?!! I would NEVER let someone cornrow my hair tight like that EVER!

  • @Zimah1 In order to cornrow, you need to pull the hair tightly, even if it's uncomfortable, otherwise it will fall out.

  • go white girl

  • That's hot

  • her skin is red!..o_0

  • im asian and i want my haired braided hoping to have curl hair,,,is that posible?????

  • @mharkdwane braids will make it wave like crimpers do not curly. but it will look good just make sure u gel it really good the night b4 u take it out and unbraid it easily other wise it will be really frizzy and do not brush it.

  • OUCH!

  • does she have somthing against that girl or somthing, she looked like she was trying to rip her hair out

  • @seestephanie speak!

  • homegirl felt that!!!

  • im black and when black people other than my mom braid my hair they pull so hard that its really painful...i hate when they do that and if you cant braid without causing pain then dont braid ....my mom does braids my hair and i dont feel any pain and the braids arent loose....but some people like it painfully tight so ....oh well

  • OMG..... DIOS!!!! CASI LE ARRANCA LA CABEZA..... SHE IS REALLY IN PAIN!!!!!

  • this lady is being so harsh on her hair .. caucasian hair is easier to brush then african american .. the lady should learn that. she doesn't need to make this girl go through pain.

  • got to have them tight if not they only last a few days sos ya duh it'll hurt

  • She's good, but that girl looks like she's bout to cry!

  • aw sha poor baby lmfao all i see is her thinking, "oww oh my god that hurts stoppp"

    -.-

  • @cuttietory lmfao i'm white and a girl and trust me i can handle this kind of stuff, i got this done in my hair and i didnt flinch or anything lmfao, so i agree with you there haha

  • @Demomsblood so do i. i handle it all the time each day i do it

  • For Everyone Dontt Expectt Braids To Nott Hurtt Tender Headed Or Nott Tendered Headed .! Its Gon Hurtt Reqardless No Matter What. Im Veryy Tenderheaded & Doesnt Likee No One To Be In My EHad Butt If Yu wanna Look Good Than Yu Just Gon Have To Payy The Price. If Yu Dontt Wantt It DOnee Than Jus Stick With What Yu Been Wearinqq.!

  • poor girl! Gosh your hurting her!

  • oh my gosh can you go any harder!!! poor girl is going to die!

  • lol they braid it tight so it last longer and looks good but if you ask me its not worth the pain and it can also cause receding hair line and hair loss

  • lmfao she's killing her!

  • pobre niña a esta señora ni cagando le paso mi cabeza tira y peina como si la cabeza fuera cualkier cosa y mas encima no le cache nada ajjaja

  • awww that looked like it hurt

  • GOD I FEEL SORRY FOR THE WHITE CHICK!!!!

  • I know that hurt! Her ear is all red too lol

  • no one OWNS the braids so quit being ignorant! if you want to really get down to it, the ancient Egyptians have been braiding back to 4000 bc and the native americans braided hair looooong before any whites or blacks came here, so now what?

  • Im white and my baby is biracial. I wish I could learn this but I cant get the hang of it!!

When I first adopted her, I didnt have a clue how to wash or products to use on her hair. I asked people but they looked at me as if I was stupid!!

  • How long does a cornrows hairstyle usually hold until u have to redo it?

  • Director: And... cut! We're good.

    White girl: "SHIT! AAHHHHHH!"

  • that's the way 2 make braids. a tight braids... why you guys always differentiate btw black n white? we r all da same . black r not animals or things . white doesnt always b da best. i cant imagine u r on youtube but a narrow minded person

  • the model is so cute that i couldnt concentrate on braiding lol

  • THAT GURL IS IN SERIOUS PAIN!!!! EVERYTIME SHE HURTS HER SHE IS JUST CURSING AT HER IN HER MIND LOL!!!

  • owww.

  • My mother braids me like that, it's very painful in the beginning, but after i feel better when she reaches my neck. By the way, i am french and i am of malian origin, and i do not understand why it is always about black and white. In France all kind of people can get braided by white or black and it causes no problem.

  • @lafatdidi this is america the land of racism

  • shes being calm cuz she dont want to mess with the black girl

  • CAN YOU STOP POSTING THESE ADS WE SEE ENOUGH OF THEM ON TV DONT KILL YOUTUBE WITH IT

  • "LOL the model is wincing in pain!" was gonna be my comment, then i read other comments..guess I'm the only one who thought it was funny =X

  • I remember once in high school this girl braided my hair. She literally pulled a tear out of my eye. I was just sitting there and she pulled a section of hair and out came a tear lol. It wasn't funny then, but it is now. But seriously, if someone is braiding too tight, let them know!

  • The reason why it is that the lady it hurting the white girls hair so much is because white people it general have soft hair that is hard to braid with but then again it is the person also because i have done so many of people's hair and i haven't pulled or tugged like that

  • Comment removed

  • @forevaisha8910 Sorry to burst your bubble, but the model is not white. She is very beautiful, but not white. Light complexion does not always equal white.

  • @mary01mary It's amazing to see how everyone is saying "she's white, white people don't need to get braids." uhhh it's clear she doesn't have 100% white people hair . Lol .

  • You did hurt her on purpose. Look at this girl's ear in the end was red. She must hurt her so much. What a rude woman.

  • that poor girl....i bet her head hurts like hell after the tugging and pulling...

  • I'm watching this in pain from getting my hair done earlier, hurts like hell man.

  • I thought this was excellent. I always wondered how they did that. It is truly an art form.

  • that models is in pain!! i did that kynd of braid once and it hurts like hell!! i couldnt evevn sleep

  • ummm owwww?!?

  • your writtingver the screen is horrible! we cant see what your doing.

  • @teawhy222 thanks

  • i cant see for all the words...damn

  • mann that looks like it hurttsss haha

  • can white people keep braids in their hair for more than two day?

  • @itsmecassiej yeah but after a couple days especially if u dont wear a durag or bandana on it it starts to get little frizzies especially if it was braided loosely

  • @itsmecassiej, there are so many types of hair. I'm whiter than anyone in my class but I have the biggest and curliest hair too. :P

  • i think she did alot better than cornrows ive seen u have to do them tight so they stay or u will be lookin crazy after a day or two especially with us white girls lol our hair falls loose sooner than most black females

  • jajajaj esta sufriendo como una perra !!!pobre

  • that girl is in pain :-O

  • @rnbhiphoprap97 no cause i al ways do it and i never fell pain

  • @roxyfoxyoxy12251 i never feel pain ok

  • I love corn rows as much as the next person but damn, I ALWAYS have a headache afterwards. You'd think after years of getting them, I wouldn't be so tenderheaded. ><
