You need lots of stamina to attend an all day music festival. People packed in together tight, breathing and sweating on each other. It get's very humid and smelly in there. Not to mention that you have the get there VERY early to grab a spot close to the stage. The girl in mention that looks "bored" is probably tired and dehydrated, depending on how long she's stood in that spot fighting to keep a front row view.

And so people may get upset, disappointed or bored with them. Don't forget they are paid to give the crowd what it wants, so fortunately for them, most people liked it. :-)
