I get the feeling Magnus made the Sanctuary as it was because she was nostalgic for Victorian Era England.
Then, she got to go BACK to V.E.E., and was like "...I was nostalgic for THIS? What exact part did I miss - the fact I must wear a dress, can't carry a gun, can't go to 'gentlemen's clubs'??"
So she totally was planning the new Sanctuary for over 100 years.
Loved the vid! I'm gonna miss the old Sanctuary too.
