no it honestly is carbon neutral just think about it its a natural biofuel trees die gets crushed down digeed up and burnt its just a cycle tree equals good for enviroment coal bad but its the same amount of good and bad so its carbon neutral. the goverment has just brainwashed people too make a new way of taxing people and keeping them distacted from whatever the goverments corruptly planning
