this actually reminds me about a TV cooking shows a few years ago, the chef was an early 90's supermodel look alike and she cooked in a classic strapless black dress/night gown, the menu was a simple simple salad and she was even having trouble making it, strangely disrturbing TV! lol sharon you're so funny!

Thank you so much. I always thought it would be fun to do a cooking show. I was a giant fan of the Galloping Gourmet.

Between producing gigs I had a blast spending an extended sabbatical as the personal chef to the former president of the American Restaurant Association and his wife who lived in Bel Air.

It was a blast. Some of the biggest directors and stars of the day tried to steal me away...that helped give me the confidence to start my own production company.

Julia...I don't know anything about hypnosis. I guess that's Nalts category. But I can tell you the more raw dark green vegetables you have, the less cravings you have for the white food that have the high glycemic numbers. Also always have a small amount of protein (like carry around a ziplock of nuts) and eat them prior to drinking any juice, coffee, white food or sugar...it slows down the absorption rate of sugar...and helps cut craving.
