One question.. Do your wrists ever hurt/get sore after you do V-kicks? I KNOW for sure that my wrists are conditioned.. I just dont know why they hurt when I V-kick..

nah its cool ask away. crunch your abs like your flexing and on your way down slam your feet and push with your arms. make sure to land on your toes.

Oh and yes I stretch. 28 times a week. Takes about 30 minutes each time. I'm very flexible..

yeah just practice getting them high and behind your head then it comes natrually, kinda. good stretching is very important. just keep at it.
