Brolly is probably no stronger than an Ascended Super Saiyan, not even Ultra. It's just the fact that his transformation is unique from any of the others. Though that is clearly IMPOSSIBLE since he was DEAD and he never had been shown to have the mental capacity to think about training or anything other than killing Goku and others, he wouldnt have reached Goku or Gohan. Goku was trained by Kais, had greater potential than any other saiyan, and died multiple times to reach SS3 and Gohan was trained by Old Kai and unlocked all of his power which was greater than any other. Broly never couldve reached him, even with years of training.

Broly in 8 was probably on the level of a FRSS or SS2. This explains why he was able to deal with them so easily. He grew stronger in the second film due to being injured and recovering. He was then >SS2. However SS3 is still 50x>SS2.So it would take 50 SS2 to=SS3. Broly was beaten by 2 SS1 and (maybe)1 SS2.

This DOES NOT though apply to LSS as its NOT A REAL STAGE. Then if we want to count non-canon they switched it to 100x in GT. Thus canon, SS3 is 50X SS2 and Non-canon its 100x. In either case it looks pretty damn bad for Broly.

It was never stated that SSJ3 is 50 times stronger than SSJ2, and probably isn't. That still isn't enough to make Broly at a SSJ3 level, which he most certainly isn't.
Broly was hit with a Kamehameha with the power of SSJ Goten, SSJ Gohan, and both were very tired, Goku was arguably not even helping the kamehameha, giving only moral suport like during the Cell Games, not to mencion that he can't use the power of SSJ3 like that, and Trunks only distracted Broly for a second, not making any difference in the overall power of the Kamehameha, or Broly's inability to defend himself from it.

Goku and Gohan were MSSJs during Movie 8. Goku and Gohan don't have to be SSJ all the time to be MSSJ. The movie came out months after the chapter revealed MSSJ as well.
Gohan was most likely an SSJ2. Movie 10 came out months after Gohan transformed into an SSJ2 at the World Tournament. It's just a lightning inconsistency. He was MSSJ at the end during the beam struggle.

@054martinm: They do not need to be SSJ all the time to be MSSJ. Being SSJ all the time made them MSSJ and they stayed SSJ in preparation for their fight against Cell. If they were SSJ all the time they could conserve ki by not transforming. That way they would be at 100% efficiency against Cell.
It still does not stop the fact they are MSSJ... an MSSJ is much, much stronger than an SSJ and does not have to deal with the nervousness brought on by the normal SSJ transformation.

@SonDjin BTW the SS3 multiplier is SS2 X 4, that means SS3 is 8 times stronger than SS1, and SS4 multiplier has nver been reveladed, but the SS4 is the most "special" form known, and the SS multiplier ascends, so its higher than SS3 x 4, so, broly is not even near equaling SS4, and goku didnt even = SS3 with the powerup he got from everybody (not to mention the bullshit that they all had like 5% of there power left)

Brolly is probably no stronger than an Ascended Super Saiyan, not even Ultra. It's just the fact that his transformation is unique from any of the others. It's not even clear enough to say that he was even THAT strong, but in the interest of giving him the benefit of the doubt, I couldn't put him beyond it, only within the power realm.

Though that is clearly IMPOSSIBLE since he was DEAD and he never had been shown to have the mental capacity to think about training or anything other than killing Goku and others, he wouldnt have reached Goku or Gohan. Goku was trained by Kais, had greater potential than any other saiyan, and died multiple times to reach SS3 and Gohan was trained by Old Kai and unlocked all of his power which was greater than any other. Broly never couldve reached him, even with years of training.

So that would mean that Ascended SS is 50x SS1, Ultra is 50x Ascended, Fully Realized is 50X Ultra, SS2 is 50X Fully Realized, and SS3 is 50x SS2. This DOES NOT though apply to LSS as its NOT A REAL STAGE. Then if we want to count non-canon they switched it to 100x in GT. Thus canon, SS3 is 50X SS2 and Non-canon its 100x. In either case it looks pretty damn bad for Broly.

Goku and Gohan were MSSJs during Movie 8. Goku and Gohan don't have to be SSJ all the time to be MSSJ. The movie came out months after the chapter revealed MSSJ as well.
Gohan was most likely an SSJ2. Movie 10 came out months after Gohan transformed into an SSJ2 at the World Tournament. It's just a lightning inconsistency. He was MSSJ at the end during the beam struggle.
LSSJ Broly is most likely mid tier SSJ2 level.

@054martinm: They do not need to be SSJ all the time to be MSSJ. Being SSJ all the time made them MSSJ and they stayed SSJ in preparation for their fight against Cell. If they were SSJ all the time they could conserve ki by not transforming. That way they would be at 100% efficiency against Cell.
It still does not stop the fact they are MSSJ... an MSSJ is much, much stronger than an SSJ and does not have to deal with the nervousness brought on by the normal SSJ transformation.

@SonDjin BTW the SS3 multiplier is SS2 X 4, that means SS3 is 8 times stronger than SS1, and SS4 multiplier has nver been reveladed, but the SS4 is the most "special" form known, and the SS multiplier ascends, so its higher than SS3 x 4, so, broly is not even near equaling SS4, and goku didnt even = SS3 with the powerup he got from everybody (not to mention the bullshit that they all had like 5% of there power left)

I couldn't fit this into my another post but iirc it was hinted at the end of the second film that ssj3 Goku could handle Broly but he never goes ssj3 when helping his sons for some unknown reason. In the ova it was stated that Hatchiyack's power might be greater than Broly's was in the first and lastly Buu is never stated to destroy a galaxy in both the manga and japanese anime, it was hundreds of planets in years..

The strongest attack he had ever made was that giant energy ball that he used against The Son Family and that attack wasn't even at star level. And it was his strongest because after that attack was shattered Broly was unable to make another at that size and couldn't make a ki shield strong enough to hold out against the Kame beam by Sons. And IIRC it was hinted

Broly didn´t destroy a galaxy in one shot..In the video you can clearly see that the south galaxy rotates at medium speed when it is destroyed..our galaxy has an incredible size 100,000 light years and rotate at a speed of 160,000 to 960,000 km per hour. and If You Could See The whole galaxy from a very distant prospect would take many months or years for our galaxy to rotate the same distance as the south galaxy did, exactly as we saw in the video.
