@utoybabypa Well they don't! :) But many do because a lot of period films come from BBC films which is Britain based. Also, many classic books adapted into film come from British literature. But there are many period films that do not have English accents and take place elsewhere. We put a good few in this video.

I think you're talking about "Onegin." But, it could also be "Becoming Jane." It switches around 1.55-1:56 to "Becoming Jane." The guy on his knees is from the movie "Onegin." While "Becoming Jane" is the dancing clip. Hope that helps.

Oh it certainly does; thanks! These are the movies that I had typed in IMDB but still wasnt sure cause Duberviles is the series from 1998 right? Yet the picture quality looks a bit better that that so I was confused. But doesnt matter anyway since, leaving in France, I will for sure not find it in the renting stores... :( And the other movie is the one from 1995? Doubt I fill find it too!

I can't even find these movies in America for rent. I bought them off Amazon. If you have an American DVD player (and sometimes a Region 2 I believe) you can buy them. That's the only way I can watch most of the period films out there. The quality IS pretty good. I thought it was later than 95 though. I will have to look it up.
