  • SUNDAY TRUCKER CHRISTIAN MUTHAFUCKKKERRRRRRR

  • Great job, excellent timing and talent

try to include little by little your pinky fingers in your trainings

it may seem useless right now but it will end up helping in your hand balance and strength and movement in both direction

otherwise the vice will only strengthen with time and will become irreversible.

  • Never heard this before...Jim is my fuckin Idol. I may have to go back on crack.

  • 2:18 rules buddy!!! Congrats!!!!!!!

  • excellent!!!can you send me that sound?i want to create a doors tribute band!please!i need that sound!i wait your answer!

  • I cant send that sound, you should buy or download the " Sonic Refills Vol. 10: Instruments of the 60's&70's " refill. It works with Reason 3.0

  • Not bad at all, man. You got Ray's feel for Chicago blues!

  • Awesome, man! Great job.

  • Köszi a tippet ;)

  • Thanks! I never learned any piano lesson before...its my hobby.. so thats why i cant play with both hands.. i wish i could...:((

But im young so i have many time to learn... :)

  • :) okay..Ray's version is better... :P

  • Well, you did it again! Good work.

  • good work man :)

And that vox sound is awesome, sounds like a real vox to me. Are those the samples from hammonddave or some other samplingdevice?

  • Thanks you and hello!

    Samples are not from hammonddave.

I used the Sonic Refill CD Volume 10! This is a Cd series for Reason 3 with lot of instruments on every CD. Volume 10 called: Instruments of the 60's & 70's....and there is this nice Vox sound! :)

    Check out:

    sincrefills dot com :)

  • sonicrefills dot com! :)

  • I'll check it out, thanks man :)

  • I just checked my library for Reason and I have the instruments of the 60's and 70's refill. I remeber ther were several vox versions there. Which one did you use?

I never got it to sound this good hehe

But I have the hammonddave samples, just haven't tried them yet, takes forever to insert them into the sampler individually :/

  • I used the Vox Cont 16! I added some echo, bass and you can hear the result...same as PBS 69 organ settings. :)

  • how do you add bass? Do you do that in the nnxt?

(I think I'd better read up on the Reason features.)

I tried adding sustain to my Gibson samples, but they only came out sounding "spacy" which in itself was pretty cool, but not the Manzarek sound. He used piano which had a sustain feel to it as well as staccato which added a little something extra to it that I can't get out of Reason. But maybe there is some way to work with it and make it sound "real"

  • Sorry i didnt use bass for this Vox sound! Only delay!

I used the bass for Gibson organ samples!

First i added the samples and then the effects. I think i used deep bass from reason factory sound bank.

To add some sustain, use the RELEASE control on NN-XT...turn it to 12 and You can get the sound, which i used on my CLOSE TO YOU video :D
