yes you can mute your "internal speaker" (btw that's called beeper)...

just take it out of your computer :D

Just to clearify this:

The way the internal speaker on the computers work is not the same: * some computers just make noise in the internal speaker * some computers make noise in both the headphones/speakers and the internal speaker * some computers (especially newer models, I think) don't make noise at all

By the way, I must say, this way really sucks. If you want to really use the internal speaker - like playing songs or stuff - you should use Visual Basic or Visual C#.

actually there are different beeps. if you get a trainer for a pc game and enable/disable it it makes different beeps

hah it scared me when i did it on my laptop too. sound level varies on different computers. on the comps at my library the beep is really quiet

i dont think you can i believe there is only 1 beep sound. on some computers you can make your computer beep by mashing all the keys on your keyboard.

no, if i play a game and use a trainer, you havo to press the numpade keys. so if i press 8 there is a high tone when i activate it. but if i press 8 again to deactivate it the tone is lower. ;)
