If I have it right, Milhouse is a reference to Katamari Damacy (King of All Cosmos), the sumos make references to FF9 and KH, the gate opening and Lisa's god powers are a reference to Black & White, the different elemental levels and the airship (part 2) are a reference to JRPG convention, and the rest is Pokémon. Good show.
