I personally think that she has just regurgitated the styles of alot of avant-garde and glam rock musicians prior to her and removed any charm. This is what I would say: Goldfrapp's music is more like pop music. It sounds natural to her own image. Gaga seems more forced (to me anyway- opinion, remember). It seems like she sets out with the intention to make something different. That said, I don't really care for current pop music. I don't really care for either Goldfrapp OR Gaga, but I find both of them interesting, despite possibly over-sexualized for music's sake alone. Gaga just seems grating to me, although interesting.
