People should get the New Wave B-sides. I hated New Wave until i got the B-sides, and than my itunes libary automatically mixed them into the album, when i labeled them as "new wave", but combining the B-sides with the album that they released for us, gives you a 15-track masterpiece. I am not even joking. It makes the album on par with former clarity. Plus, if it dosen't do that for you, it will most likely give you a better understanding of what the band was trying to go for.

I'm not really sure. My favorite album of theirs is Reinventing..., but I also love the early bootlegs, Searching... and yeah, even New Wave. I also love Tom's new solo shit. I don't really think about which is better or worse, just which I like or don't like.

I loved heart burns, it was pretty raw for the most part, but new wave was sub-par. He didn't sell out, but you have to admit New Wave was not his best. It just kinda lost that core feeling. Not looking forward to the follow up.
