brachial plexus surgeries takes time to deliver results you will need a comitted physiotherapist who will use electric stimulations and keep your muscle receptors working.ofcourse a commited surgeon is a must.all the best you will get results though it takes 3-6 months time and sometimes up to one year.
I had nerev transfer surgery to repair three levels... it took just over a year to gain any use. I have very limited use however, I am simply grateful I even have an arm!
