Its not "gross!"-it's incredibly sad. I couldn't even imagine never having a "happy day in my life", can you?

I have a question though-why the fuck did they let the growth escalate to that horrible of an extremity? Somebody told me it was because he didn't have enough money to be operated on...if that's true then he had some real assclowns for doctors-honestly, who could refuse a tumor that obstructs that much of somebody's body and life? It's sick.
