After using Oil of Oregano regularly since May 2009, I can now report that this stuff does work.
My co-workers around me all are hacking couging, except for ME. Oil of Oregano DOES WORK.
3 drops / day will clear up your sinus blockage and restore your ability to take a deep breath again - ability to oxygenate your body and have more energy (opposite of lethargy).
Vitamin d is defiency is on the increase my doctor said due to lack of sunlight I had to take a rich vitamin D LIQUID followed by a soluable tablet in water it is called Adical-D Effervescent I dont know how long I have to take it but I have been given a year supply it did make me feel less tired a simple blood test will diagnose.
Yeah, "daylight" is what I was told to get. I couldn't quite remember and was told OTT was a good brand. Also good for tying flies! Gives you nice bright true-to-color field of vision. I use a HEPA in the bedroom. For me, it's tree pollen and mold. I don't believe in chemtrails, but I'm sure it cuts down on ground level stuff (neighbor has lots of "toys" with exhausts).
I should have added to the video that it helps to have a portable UV desk lamp (halogen type) to offset the effects of reduced natural sunlight hitting the eyes.
When I tried this at my workplace for two weeks, my mood stabilized -- towards happiness, rather than the up and down mood swings I had depending on the sky cover caused by the chemtrails.
Yeah, it's called SAD, seasonal affective disorder. But the light you use should be full-spectrum, like an OTT light, not a halogen. That might be what you have, but it's an important distinction to make.

And a HEPA-capable indoor air filter will do alot to keep your indoor mostly clean of these outdoor pollutants - barium, aluminum etc...

For home use I have a "Daylight" by Uplift Technologies Inc. but it's too big for a workplace desktop. It says in its description:
"Compact Fluorescent 36 watts"
