  • Smoking is bad for your health. With each puff you take, you fill your entire body with thousands of toxic chemicals. It is no wonder persons wish to quit smoking, but it is very hard. I came across an effective method to quit smoking, youtube wont let me post it here so I put the link in my profile.

  • listened to part 1 and part 2 last night.. I hope this works for me.. it definitely relaxed me and worked well.. fell asleep during part two.. if part 1 and 2 could be on the same video that would help so much.. I woke up this morning and seriously had no desire to smoke a cigarette.. i actually feel like exercising.. i'll keep listening.. quit date 04/05/2010
