I agree I liked SvC Chaos better than CvS b/cuz the combos Snk made seemed more fluent, streamlined; unlike Capcoms over the top flashy colored combo sequences... I would like to see Snk remake SNK vs Capcom Chaos...(technically Snk vs Capcom Card Battle doesn't count b/cuz its not a fighting game)...lol... here's hoping.
SvC Chaos had a more KOF feel to it. So you're probably use to it. I think for the next Cap vs SNK. Capcom should make the groove be the way they were respectively. For example Capcom Grooves have 6 buttons and SNK Grooves have Four Buttons, get it? Capcom Groves have the rules of there type of games. Alpha, Street Fighter 4 meter, Custom combo etc. Snk Grooves have Advance, Ex, Rage meter from Samurai Showdown. SNK some of them can roll. Capcom dowsn't have a roll. But they have a air block.
and Capcom groove have the air recovery. Well you get the idea. Just to make it a more feel to the classic grooves.....I would like to use The Street Fighter 4 Groove using Terry. Can you imagine the focus attack with Terry? Especially Mark of the Wolf Terry having a Focus attack? I like the Focus attack more than the perry system of 3rd strike. You can stun them and continue your combo. Our cancel perry with it. Terry, Kyo, Iori and Kim can be dangerous with the SF4 groove.
I agree i liked the groove system, but in terms of gameplay i like the feel of KOF, FF...etc i dont like Capcom' air battle system like Alpha and MvC dont get me wrong i like to play MvC religiously(awesum game) i just cant see ANY KoF characters in the air comboing... just can't... my personal opinion, but agree with u on everything else.

I really think playmore hate mai for some reason. They didn't include heri n XI, only reluctantly including her in the home version. They clearly don't care about what the fans want.

there is K' and Mai artwork for XII on the japanese website for XII, i think there will be a total of 25 characters 1:52 shows 3 empty slots where there could be characters...this is just a guess keep in mind

If you ever played fighting games on the PSP. There was a normal and simple button command option. Normal you enter the full command for each move.
Simple you only have to enter half or less of the input for each move. Example: Kyo's Fireball in normal: D, DF, F+Punch.
Simple input: F+Punch
(Note: Probably not the exact commands for it but thats pretty much how it is.)
This would also remove charge time for moves which makes using characters like Ash a breeze to use.
