if you're having problems running it, see if you're running on a 64 bit OS. If you are, you should already have 64 bit java installed on your computer. Search How to run minecraft in 64 bit java. there are a couple good youtube vids on it. you actually can't run on far render without it. the game warns you when you try to switch lol but yeah, look it up, it's not very hard, just generate a command prompt thing that tells it to run in 64 bit java. Sounds complicated but it's not

Just a piece of advice: if you spawn from the begining on a forest you would rather use small columns to mark your way back home.

You may also want to use small monuments (use your imagination to build them) to mark important spots like unexplored caves or dangerous spots.

Been watching and in quite a few of the episodes you pass right by a really good coal mine. Right next to the area you will put your wheat farm and spy chicken coop. Its a rather small cave but its got a ton of coal in it. But beware the coal at the end of the small cave opens into a much larger cave.

Even though math apparently makes your eyes bleed and fall out and turn into little nubs that the spy chickens eat, you waste so much coal. At least know that 1 coal/charcoal yields 8 cooked thingies. You would conserve so much more if you did 8 items per (char)coal.

How i make beacons: put all of my stuff in the chest, go to a hill, put the dirt right under me (1 block wide) cover the beacon in lava and respawn somewhere else! XD

I've come up with the perfect theory of how most the mobs came to be...

All of the creatures started out as the happy inhabitants of Minetown. Near Minetown was a nuclear power plant. One day there was a nuclear meltdown, and this is what happened.

Zombies: normal inhabitants of Minetown who were exposed to the nuclear waste

Skeletons: Police officers who fell into the waste and there was just their bones left

Creepers: People who have been infused with the town's TNT supply
