@gefallener08 Sigh... Read more History. Byzantines are Romans. Byzantine is a term coined by germanic historians during the 18th century. During it existence in the medieval times it was know as Basileia Ton Rhomaion, which means in greek Dominion of the Romans. And Roman heritage was present in nearly all of their aspects. So, it is very ignorant to say that Byzantines are not Romans, since they were the continuation of the Empire.

@MojaveKiller except, they're not Romans. They're Byzantines. Closer to the Greeks then the Romans. They only relation they had to Rome is that it was all that remained of Ancient Rome. But it was so altered that it could never rise again as "Rome."

@Gefallener08 "byzantines" wasnt even invented as a word before modern times..the "byzantine empire" was the surviving eastern roman empire or even the sole roman empire almost 1000 years after the western empires supposed fall(they really were incorporated back into the eastern empire for a while)..they called themselves and their empire roman whos to say they werent roman? they certainly had the right to style themselves that way.

When I heard the cello's playing, the only thing coming to mind was "Is this Rome? O_o". It sounds so much similar to the Rome theme from Brotherhood.

Dunno why, but this makes me sad... I've finished all the games out except 1 (which I watched the walkthrough of), so maybe that's why. It's sad to lose that beautiful feeling that you ARE the character when he/she dies...

And it's sad that no matter how many times you play a game, it never feels the same as when you played it the first time. Long live the creed of the Assassins.

@Safiyahalishah Thats a shame, out of all of them to this day I never felt more badass in combat as I did with Altiar in 1. Beens his style is different, how good you are at fighting depended totally on your wits. You had to be able to pick up on the slightest indication of what was coming and be able to react to it in a split second (once you unlocked the moves)

As cool as the combat is in recent games it's all a bit spoonfed. With the BAM win button and the auto kill animation streaks.

It's quite odd that no one figured out how to make the music play again(Especially the tracks you hear when you roam the city). I feel like I'm the only one who found out as I posted the instructions and idea on the Forums! :D

This reminds me when I was little :) me an my friends built a giant igloo with tunnels it snowed a lot and we were building it for 2 weeks before it was finally finished and then we went in on adventures and it was so much fun, this just brought back the memories and it also makes me sad because all my friends had to move away only I stayed behind.... ahhh childhood when life was so much simpler.....

Assassin's Creed has always been a one of kind game for me. Nothing to compare it to, no game to compare the feeling of playing the game, and the music.. al you can say is WAUW and that is just it, it hits you like you have to hear it. Like you need to lisson it to live beyond that very moment when you hear it.All the 4 games now have the soundtracks like angels sing in them! God, Jesper bleshes you!
