Circuit Bent Worm Box

Cool. Some of my friends like to turn on all the videos on my myspace page at once.

I'm going to start converting all these circuit bent toy videos to mp3s and mix them up.

There's just so much potential and I lack the skill and the know-how of making one of these devices myself.

Hey don't use your stained glass gear for electronics. Do more research. Get alligator test jumpers. Attach those randomly and see what happens before you solder something. Learn about resistance and variable resistance. Get a rosin core soldering gun and the rosin core solder. I'm not the best with teaching my techniques for bending. There are also tons of places to learn online. Look at Q.R. Ghazala's web pages. Alligator Test jumpers are your best friend. Practice and become a Jedi warrior.

I've got some random drum pad toy I got from Goodwill in hope of circuit bending but I have NO IDEA where to start. I may get one of those spin 'n' say toys and mess with one of those but...where do I start?

I suggest looking online and learning to solder. It's more fun to find bends your self than be shown what to do. Read some Forrest Mimms. Take a class in electronics all of those things will make you a circuit bender.

@madnoodler I've got some soldering experience doing stained glass with the pops but are you suggesting I just...take stuff apart and randomly solder it somewhere else? That's what I plan on doing, or is there some thought put into it.
