Well i wonders what he is up to anyway, why din´t Fidel did this long time ago? will he do a little "Favor" to cubans or is he preparing them for the next hard coming days? Who knows? Maybe is time for changes in Cuba but people who can´t buy these products? will they make more money monthy or they will take credits to buy them? I just wonder..a cuban outside Cuba , hopping the best for my family.
