@2herrell Hi there Yes, unfortuantely Bell and Telus are not GSM carriers, they run on the HSPA networks, the only way you can get a Bell or Telus simcard to work on a Fido/Rogers phone is if the phones have 3G capability

I just successfully unlocked my LG GW300 Gossip phone. However, the number you need to use to get to the SIM unlock page was wrong in the email (2945#*300#) - it was correct in this video (2945#*71001#) which is when you don't have the SIM card in (but I did).

I used the first number (NCK) given which worked (although in the email you say for FIDO you may need to use the NSCK.

For the curious few - it took 22minutes (although the web site says 1 business day for LG Gossip)

3. A menu will pop up, select SIM Unlock.

Input a non accepted simcard into the phone and it should prompt you for a code, hope that helps :)

@3lementlez Basically this will allow you to switch your simcard using the same phone, it must be a gsm carrier. For example unlocking your cingular at&t gl300 so you can use a tmobile usa simcard with it. Hope this helps. thanks
