regular 535i does 140kph in 3rd and yet your does 160kmh+....?!

You can see theres no chip by the point he shifts, the average car is good until 240 or more. But you have to take about 10kph of the total. The clocks are not accurate at those speeds, the faster the more inaccurate it becomes. At 257 it prob more like 240..... I love my e34

I have to agree with what you said about the music produced by that straight six (coming from the owner of an E39 540i manual). It's one of the few things I miss from my E46, and this sounds even better.

That engine is sounding so perfect, I almost don´t believe it wasn´t tuned. I wish my 535i 1992 was a manual. Maybe I could reach such high performance as this one.

Nice. But 1988 has only 188?PS from 91bj 211ps without kat 220ps so it gone much better. 535i its great cat but its dificult to find it in good condition.

no, all the e34 535i are 211ps, some of e32 735i without cat. are 220ps, 188ps is the 530i with m30b30 engine
