Just put a BodyGyro in your torso and increase it's strength, so humanoid's strength doesn't override it.

if you zoom fully in then walk backwards, i think you can do it that way too ( i wrote this before seeing sniperwolf221's comment)

its easy you soom in completly and use w a s d then move around then soom out without moving and use arrow keys
