  • Besides 'over use' (without allowing for proper recovery periods in between activities) - improper form or mechanics used in an activity is often the main cause. One example is a golf swing where improper grip & flipping of the wrists through impact will cause tendon stress due to improper form/mechanics. It's a great suggestion to ICE your tendons instead of taking anti-inflammatory meds. But what the idiot doesn't understand is that no one watched vid to hear "RICE and go to a doctor". Duh.

  • it would have been great to perhaps demonstrate an exercise or two when speaking of a treatment; video should be utilized for this, the theory can be found elsewhere online
