Thanks for posting. I intend on stopping by this October to see the progress made on the tree cutting. It'll also be around the time of the 150th anniversary.
@NJcruiser - I liked this battlefield. It's fairly small and easy to walk around and more importantly you can get a good sense of what took place since it's well preserved.
@blitzquest Thanks for responding. I've been here several times. My wife follows the 20th Mass (Harvard regiment) of which Oliver Wendell Holmes was a member. That regiment was at the battle and Holmes was wounded there. I agree it is a easy battlefiled to walk around in and now that they cleared the field it should make it a little more understandable.
