@mariaperiwinkle nah, i'm just talking outta of my ass, with a sugar rush... lol. i'm actually doing a one eighty. i wrote that when i was high sugar, low fat... now i'm low carb, high high fat... that means, i'm all for the nuts, now, and now, i might do cacao, but the caffiene, kinda scares me, i had a catastrophic lethal hard beating fast caffiene experience, that's what i mean by hard attack, lol, i think. lol, but don't sweat it. cool as a cucumber

I was "vegan" for 2 &1/2 years and got really sick. I realized later that even if you need nothing but veggies, when you cook them you're getting zero nutrients...now I'm trying to figure out the right path to go and I saw that a few people had put Sacred Chocolate on their top five super food list. It sounds so great! I hope to try it soon. Keep being awesome!

Dave is an inspiration to us all and I am truly grateful to him for sharing his insights and knowledge. His new book 'Amazing Grace' is amazing and you have to read up on his other books which include 'Sunfood Diet Success System' and of course 'Naked Chocolate' to appreciate who AVO is. If it wasn't for AVO when would we have found out about RAW chocolate and the real benefits. Thank you for posting this video.
