I got a bunch of questions about auctions :-S is it okay to mortgage properties during an auction to match a bid? If the current bid is higher than the cash you have, do you have to mortgage first before you can make that higher bid?
@marsh84722 You can mortgage to bid higher than the cash you have. You don't have to actually mortgage the properties, however, until after you have won the auction.
