  • Great idea. Wonder where I can get that foam roller.

  • Comment removed

  • I'd like to see you "crack" a specific vertebrae in your back using that thing. Or any in your lower back. And you've clearly got some anger issues that need to be worked out, it's UNHEALTHY to store NEGATIVE emotions.

  • always always self knowledge of ur on body is the best way to be keep healthy and to manage with diseases especially those which have to do with posture . So discover ur own body urself, collecd informations, also give it time n be relaxed and focused when u do it.

  • props to you for promoting organic. if the nation ate organic the last 50 years healthcare wouldn't be such a mess it is today.

  • the only cracing of my back i do is spinal twist (you know the one). otherwise good thing i'm very limber.

  • You are completely misinformed about Chiropractic. Chiropractors don't "crack" backs they do specific adjustments to misaligned vertebrae. All you are doing is non-specific self-manipulation. Outside of getting some transient relief, you are doing nothing corrective or even therapeutic.

  • @nickdaniels2 I guess you haven't read all the great reviews about the foam roller or the sentiment that is exactly the same as mine about chiropractors, drugs, doctors, and the insurance industry in general. People are waking up and seeing the truth and their not going to put up with the B.S. any more!

  • This makes me chuckle because what you're doing anyone can do with no knowledge of any chiropractic techniques. However, much of your information is misconstrued about chiropractic but I wont start on the money aspects because President Obama is going to ruin enough things with the Health Care agenda. Fact, insurance doesn't pay enough or cover enough to allow every patient seen a 30 minute window. Fact two deals with massage before adjusting and that cant be done for scope of practice reasons.

  • I gotta be honest, the first couple of seconds I thought I was watching an odd old guy who had a fettish for not wearing a shirt and acting sexy in youtube videos, but after watching I respect your opinion on the Chiropractic industry, and will definitely be buying one of those rollers at Wal-Mart tomorrow :), thanks!

  • Cool. I should do this.

  • sounds like the real Kif from Napoleon dynamite or whatever his name is

  • Before I began working I used to barely have any back popping because there was nothing there, now every day after work I can get about 4-5 pops in one roll on a tennis ball.

  • Thanks for sharing!

  • I got myself a foam roller! I can't believe I went 49 years without one.

  • @thrillscience Yea, you should have gotten one when you were 3!

  • can i do this with a basketball?

  • @YouKnowThatYouDont

Why don't you just spend $30 and buy a foam roller? I am amazed at how people will spend thousands on cars and houses, rent, school loans, etc but blow off their spines and won't even buy a simple and inexpensive tool. (perplexed look on face)

  • I used a plastic coke bottle full of water, and it felt nice :D

  • this guy is going to give me nightmares

  • i went to walmart to purchase one,it was 15 dollars, kind of hard but firm, and just once trying it and i noticed how good it felt,my back doesn't feel stiff like it did before i rolled on it,this was just the first try i'm sure after stretching out more and more days of doing this it will work great

  • @boxingwarrior1 Great! Now just take the time to roll on your WHOLE body, not just your back. Also, do self massage. Make it a work out. Instead of working out on a machine, work out on yourself doing self massage, loosening up muscles. This is going to be a new video series I'm going to do. Good luck!

  • "kind of hard but firm, and just once trying it and i noticed how good it felt"

    That's what she said.

  • @kilowag Hilarious!

  • haha layoff the drugs!!!!

  • chripractors are not thieves and its good to go to them once in a while. Yes they have to make money like any other business. I do agree with your tenique because i have done simalar techniques in the past. Even doing this one, you should still go to a chiropractor once or twice a year. There are times when this technique wont work so dont be silly to try and down them. It cost so much less than an opporation where even this technique wont work. Nothing is absolute.

  • you're retarded. Yeah doctors, hospitals, dentists, etc. advertise and try to get more people to come to their office too. 'herding them like cattle' what a quack... just because a business wants to make money doesn't mean they aren't providing a necessary and/or valuable service.

  • Are you serious??? You believe that rolling on a foam roller replaces what a chiropractor does?? My chiropractor gave me a foam roller to roll on three times a week so help stretch my muscles out. It's obvious you've never been to see a chiropractor. If you have and your experience was so bad that you think rolling a foam roller is the same, try going to another one. You really will love it. It is silly to compare a foam roller to what a chiropractor does.

  • @br5060 YES, I BELIEVE THAT! I crack my back as much as I want to EVERY DAY with a foam roller and it needs it done EVERY DAY. Could I go to a chiropractor or massage therapist EVERY DAY? NO! I also use a Theracane, yoga bolsters and do yoga.

If you want a real value, get Ashiatsu barefoot massage. I'll add the video to the responses on this page so you can see how incredible it truly is. There is no way in hell that any chiropractor can work a back like I do with my feet.

  • Okay so you showed us where you got the little foam roller from, but where did you get the big foam tube from?

In your opinion would an exercise ball work just as well? (I have one of those)

  • @universalize1 it was a trash can

  • where did your shirt go?

  • "let's put those people out of business." keep your energy aligned, man

  • Are you any relation to 'Bruce' off Family guy? Your voices are the same!

  • ..like cracking your knuckles which is definitely not adjusting a misalignment. this is when the bone has shifted position, is very painful & can potentially make you crippled. adjusting it back in place once and all of that joint & surrounding muscle pain should clear if you treat it quickly after feeling it go out. if it keeps going out, it's most likely b/c of another issue like weak ligaments, tight muscles, etc. at this point the cause needs to be treated in order to keep the bones in place

  • @VitalityMassage- nice personal insults to my neutral & respectful response from someone fronting to be a peaceful purporter of conscious action! my situation is not from an injury so there was no reason to mention it. regardless of injury, if you're out of alignment only the use of sufficient & precise pressure/force will adjust a misalignment. also, you use the term "crack" as opposed to "adjust". most people think they are the same. what you're referring to is most likely the release of air..

  • Stand up or sit as straight as possible, place your hands on your back (a little bit below the shoulder blades), push your back while you lean back and draw your shoulder blades together.

  • @ED209ISBACK, ayup I only had to go through 1 bad one and 1 average one to find the great one.

  • @VitalityMassage Eat Greek yogurt daily, it prevents the cold sores. I have the same problem during winter months and I was told by a wise old Greek to try that and that was 9 years ago, before the recent Greek yogurt craze we see at the supermarkets. It works as long as you eat atleast one a day.

  • Dude, after watching this vid I went out and purchased one of these foam rollers from Modells and it worked like a friggin charm!, after all the BULLSHIT I was fed from these fucking gameshow host/used car salesmen/ CHIRPRACTIC THIEVES!...................I was desperate and gave it a shot. So for even LESS than the price it cost me for my insurance deductible ( my ded is 50 bucks, the foam roaller cost 39) ...............I FIXED MY BACK!, I was in pain 24/7 too, thank you for the vid!

  • @ED209ISBACK

Sweet! I love it when somebody actually does what I recommend and it works exactly as I tell people it does. Roll all over your WHOLE BODY, not just your back... the obliques, under arm pits, legs, front, back & sides, arms too! I'll make a video soon or you can just find some on Youtube as well. Using the weight of your own body to massage yourself is just a no-brainer. Please do yoga, self massage and eat organic food. These too are TOTALLY JUST PLAIN SMART!

  • I love that you respond so positively to peoples hateful comments! LOVE & GOOD THOUGHTS YOUR WAY!

  • @BeatrizChavez I AGREE 100 PERCENT!, some of these jerkoffs are trying to tear this guy a new one but he fucks them up with kindness! kudos to the guy!

  • Continued...They are very specific and there is a great deal of science, deduction and reasoning that is factored into why, what and when adjustments should take place. I am sorry if you're experience with Chiropractors wasn't satisfactory, but your slander campaign should at least be informed. Also, being a message therapist doesn't entitle you to give "medical" advice, know your scope and stick to it!

  • I agree that natural lifestyle including eating whole foods, getting messages, and doing yoga or stretching can increase one's wellness. I do not agree with your view about chiropractic, just because you rolled on a piece of foam (which I have and use) and your back "cracked" doesn't mean that people should stop seeing their Doctors. Your have a simplistic understanding about what D.C.'s do. D.C.'s do not crack backs, they adjust.

  • @awilliamspulford while your experience with these chiropractic thieves may have been different, understand that probably the majority of those out there had either negative or NON PRODUCTIVE results from these bastards. They are theives and their "practice" has ALWAYS been questionable at best. They need to remember the Hippocratic Oath they took because they are a bunch of swindling FUCKS!...............the whole lot of em!

  • that may work well for your back, but it can't adjust your pelvis, hip, neck, rib, foot, etc. also, your stereotypes about chiropractors definitely do not apply to all.

  • @MosesHightower his stereotype of chiropractors may not hold true for some of them, but personally I have tried 6 different ones and none of them gave me any results whatsoever, except getting a result of light-wallet syndrome.

  • @ED209ISBACK - i def agree that some are useless but I wouldn't say this is only the case within the field of chiropractic. from my experiences, it's also the case with many medical doctors and even worse w/ massage therapists. i pay twice as much as i would a chiro and get no relief b/c they either can't do deep enough work, not specific enough, or can't find the tight spots even when you show them! if you're out of alignment no amount of massage will adjust the vertebrae or any other bone.

  • Vegan for life

  • Clearly a hippy. But I respect you, thanks :)

  • Where am I gonna get a foamy rolly thing lol

  • @WackaMole1234 Modells.

  • I don't want to put my chiro out of business. He spends a full 30 minutes with me and does detailed adjustments with the Activator including my sternum. He also does some soft tissue work on my neck and shoulders. Also, he's not a billionaire or a millionaire, although if he were wealthy, I wouldn't hold it against him. Btw I'm not against self adjustment though. I just don't think all the anti-chiro/establishment/rich comments are needed or even make sense. Some people need an expert sometimes.

  • @Unavailable8923 well i visitied 6 of these so called "experts" and they SUCK, you got a rare good one!

  • @VitalityMassage Um, fruit doesn't cause health problems. It has vitamins, minerals, fiber and natural sugars. I eat fruit, meat and some dairy, and have not needed antibiotics in years.

  • The 6 inch foam, i can't get one of those, heck i just use a new toilet paper roll

  • @elitelee3 looool

  • Although I would agree that self massage is a good idea you must be careful when adjusting your own spine. You could end up temporarily or even permanently parylyzing yourself. I would agree that organic is healthier, but without companies that employ chicken farmers like Tyson, Perdue, etc. many people would be out of work including my aunt and various other family members and friends.

  • @countrygal191 Yes, you could end up parylyzing yourself... and the chances of that are like crashing in an airplane...1 in 100,000,000. lol. As for the LOSER chicken plants, your aunt and family can go to work in a solar panel plant and acutally do the country some good! Either that or they can buy some land and start to raise animals RESPONSIBLY like so many others. I've raised chickens. They need sunshine, bugs and weeds to eat. People that eat sick animals will be SICK.

  • @countrygal191 Also, about half of the people making weapons of war need to change jobs. They need to work for organic farms and get out in the sunshine. They need to manufacture environmentally friendly building materials for HEALTHY houses. They need to make water drilling equipment and tractors for African countries.

The guilt trip of creating weapons (guns, tanks, planes, etc) is killing them! Breathing welding smoke and petro-chemicals all day is also killing them.

  • @VitalityMassage I cant even tell you how much I agree with you. A job that injures of even kill others should NOT be considered a job.

I'm currently doing my pre-med and one of the things my professors insist most about health care is to not only help patients in their healing process but to teach them how to take care of themselves and encourage them to make it a daily routine. I like to listen and learn from your thoughts in healthcare. So thank you.

  • @cuteitgdancer You are welcome and please also know that if you don't teach your patents how to take care of themselves, hell will come back to you! They will continually come back wining, "The side effects of the drugs you prescribed to me are now causing so many side effects that I FEEL WORSE THAN BEFORE and I feel as though the more of them I take, the more I'm spiraling down hill."

In order for you to be wise, you will have to learn at least some alternative medicine.

    :)

  • no bullshit doesn't this guy look like jim carrey in a very skinny way....

  • Maybe you need to redo this video so we can actually hear those 6 cracking bones so we know it works lol

  • You think chiropractors are a racket, boy are you stupid. I ruptured a disc in my back and an orthopedic surgeon did nothing for me for a whole year of seeing him on workman's comp. I could barely walk a year ago because of the pain and then started seeing a chiropractor. In less than 4 months time I was able to walk and run without any pain. I hardly believe I would have been able to achieve that by cracking my own back. Point is you're not a doctor, chiropractors are.I am proof that they work.

  • @triezen007 I stated, "I think that the chiropractic industry is very much a racket". I've also stated that there is legitimacy to it to some degree. I also believe that the medical industry is largely crooked. Obviously they are also caring to some degree. I am not the only one that thinks these things. Of course there are people that have benefited from doctors and chiropractors. There are ALSO a HELL OF A LOT OF PEOPLE that have been RIPPED OFF BY AND KILLED BY THEM.

  • @VitalityMassage Do you see any of the irony in your statements on this matter? You stated in the video that you are a practitioner of holistic medicine, a practice based on mostly only treating illnesses with natural folk medicine that, while there might be some benefits, such as certain plants may help serialize wounds, there aren't any benefits the placebo effect can't account for. All holistic "doctors" are the people rip the sick and injured off.

  • @popcorngoddess89 "The people who rip off the sick and injured" sorry

  • @triezen007 Continued... Last night I worked on a woman that was in TREMENDOUS PAIN AND ON OXYCODONE and one other pain med. She had been to over 35 doctors in the last year and a half including the Mayo clinic. When she left here, after one hour of SELF HEALING instruction and one MORE hour of massage, she was feeling better than she had in 2 years with NO MORE SCIATICA IN HER LEGS! Not one doctor had recommended massage therapy! Now that is stupidity!

  • I do this after a hard day at work and it feels just great

  • @meggerbiddle Thanks for possitive input! The foam roller IS really a great tool!

  • You shouldn't drink water from plastic, I noticed it in the background.

  • @funkycowboy Thanks but I broke the glass and prefer the "safe' plastic over the stainless.

    Stay funky,

    Brett

  • @VitalityMassage I do this everyday with a football, i think it does the same thing, is there any health risks in cracking your back everyday? i hear cracking your knuckles often leads to arthritis, wondering if the spine is the same deal..thanks.

  • @jaenksta In natural healing I do what makes me feel good. I listen to my body. This is crucial for good health. I DO NOT NECESSARILY LISTEN to what others try to project into my mind... especially if they represent the big wigs... the people trying to make big money... the top 1%... the losers. My back loves to roll on the foam roller. I'd roll on that fucking football too! nice! lol. Arthritis is causes by calcium built up in the joints from DAIRY mucous. OUST DAIRY FOODS!

  • @NealDC The bottom line is: What can help people to feel good and heal the best? Chiropractic is mostly a 20 minute, quick fix racket. Even an hour long massage is not truly what people need to REALLY stay healthy. People need to learn how to take care of themselves...every day... and to educate themselves on how to do that! They need to take the TIME to CARE FOR THEMSELVES. As long as people are lazy asses on their couches with poor posture you'll be happy as a pig in shit with lots of $.

  • @NealDC My neckwork off the end of the table technique, and ceu class I might add, probably blows anything you offer out the door. I will challenge you any day of the week to a neck healing duel.

How many lumbar disc OPERATIONS have you done? That is not YOUR specialty.

I've had people come to me with MAJOR neck difficulties that have been to multiple chiropractors with NO LUCK. They, or their insurance companies spent thousands of dollars and you spent 20 measley minutes on them.

  • @NealDC Continued... I'll bet just about anything that most people will IMMEDIATELY feel the benefits of using a foam roller and that after they experience that... and get good massage or do massage trades with a partner or friend... and do stretching (yoga), that eventually, much of your business will be GONE! The spread of information via the internet AND the tough economy turns the screws on anyone that is not providing the very best service or product that has REAL VALUE.

  • I'll start off this comment by stating that I am a Doctor of Chiropractic...by the way, that's a doctoral degree...not a massage license.

We spend 20 minutes with people for regular appointments, and an hour for a new patient exam. Do MD's offices not try to fit in as many people as they can...why do you think you wait 30 mins for 5 mins with the Dr.? B/C they double and triple book. Patient's wait 2-3 minutes in my office. Refer to massage therapist as well. Disappointed with this attitude.

  • There's absolutely a place for chiropractic. Also, there are good chiropractors and there are bad ones. You obviously have not been to a good one. Rolling on a foam roller is great, but could be bad advice for some. If someone has a serious spine or joint issue, rolling on a foam roller, could put them in worse shape. I suggest you be very careful how you present yourself and the advice you give.

  • @integratedtouch

Yes, there is a place for chiropractic or there would not be such a profession. Hopefully, this video will wake some of them up to spend more time with their patents and do better work in the future.

Like many people I prefer to spend my time and $ on massage or doing yoga.

A lot of people are going to buy a foam roller and use it regularly.

If people have a serious injury, hopefully they have enough common sense to not do this kind of exercise.

  • Another thing.. Research have shown that people who crack themselves are more prone to getting degenerative disorders of your back. It is extremely unresponsible for you to advertise this as something useful. You're destroying your back, and as you keep doing this you will need to do it more and more often. You are not fixing anything, just creating temporarily relief and ultimately a bigger problem.

  • @MrSolaSkinner Let me guess! You're another freaking chiropractor that doesn't do yoga, self massage or eat organic vegan food.

The research you speak of was done on people that ALSO DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES WELL. Their posture is poor, they work in front of computers looking down all day, they read books looking down, they slump in squishy foam couches for hours watching television, they use prescription meds, they eat at Mcdonalds, etc. I don't do those things!

  • I really hope this is a joke! When you go to a chiropractor you receive an adjustment to a specific segment that is not moving properly. If you feel that your back "needs to get cracked" its probably due to a fixation in your back!! When you then try to "adjust yourself" you get many cracks but it is not specific and you are not moving the joint that needs to be moved in respect to the others! Please answer me this: when you crack how long does it go till you feel you need to crack again?15min?

  • @MrSolaSkinner I'll bet you have never done this kind of adjustment before. Have you ever even received a massage? Do you do yoga? Do you even take care of yourself or do you just eat crap like bread, cheeze, meat and hydrogenated vegetable oils?

I CAN ROLL ON MY BACK IN THE EXACT PLACE IT NEEDS TO RELEASE... FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES TO DO THE JOB. I can do this job better than anyone else because I can feel EXACTLY where I need to release.

  • What do you think about physiotheraists?

  • @monkeyhammer619 I think they are kind of cool but smoke too much dope.

  • I have Scoliosis and rotation on the lower spine and when my back hurts i want to crack my back soo bad sometimes it feels good after I do

  • Where do you get the foam roller please. Thanks

  • @bobbymcgee9 I bought mine at Banner Therapy. The have the soft black, the really hard white, and the just right blue colors. $20.

  • What is your professional opinion on cracking our own backs by twisting side to side? Is it more harmful or is it also beneficial l

  • @iforc3 I think it can be beneficial.

  • I don't understand all the negative comments about the video. I regularly go to a chiropractor and was desperate to do some daily self adjustment. After watching this video, I got a firm larger foam roller and have been able to pop/adjust my back everyday. I just went to my Chiropractor appointment last week and he was marvelling at my improvement. He only did 1 adjustment (normally he does 3) and I believe that was because I didn't have a chance to use my roller after work.

  • @ghotiemama The negative comments are coming from chiropractors that are trying to defend their profession and are afraid of losing their expensive toys. As I have stated, if people would do self massage, yoga, meditation and eat vegan, they won't need the medical and drug industry. There will be no more demand for them and they will have to find new work. They might actually have to work for a modest wage and become ethical, down to earth citizens that ride bicycles to work. lol.

  • @VitalityMassage You don't like modern medicine? What if you fell off your bike and a motorist came along, not seeing you because they came around a blind curve, and ran over you, crushing one of your limbs. You're lying on the street in pain, the motorist stops and calls 911, effectively summoning an ambulance. Are you pissed off that you wake up the next day to find you're in a hospital after surgery to save your limb, and maybe your life?

  • @popcorngoddess89 Obviously anyone would need extreme medical attention if an auto accident happened. Accidents are but a SMALL percentage of the reasons people go to doctors. This is a simple and poor example created by a "23 year old popcorn goddess" that has not lived long enough to know anything deeper. lol.

90% of illnesses would magically go away if people would:

    Eat healthy, organic, vegan food.

    Think good thoughts.

    Take care of themselves naturally.

  • @VitalityMassage eating meat is healthy? so why say otherwise?

  • @VitalityMassage would you care to provide any scientific evidence for statements such as "eat vegan.... won't need the medical and drug industry"?

  • @needabloodyname Why is it that so many people want to have scientific evidence? Science already designs drugs that may or may not help people with their problems. How about the 500 side effects people get from whatever drug that the FDA approved? I'm sure those were scientifically proven.

  • @robertmchapman30 Thanks Robert and at least you don't "needabloodyname". You simply state your full name as your title with no apprehension.

We are not alone in being angry at the medical industry. So many of them truly are greedy, narrowminded losers that are totally disconnected from nature and REAL HEALING.

  • I rather get a massage in my opinion it has more health benefits plus anybody can crack their own back.. I went to a Chiropractic and all he did was take my money away and I didn't feel as better as I did when i got a massage.. I wouldn't spend money on a chiro.

  • CHIROPRACTIC IS NOT MEDICAL!! A foam roller or a massage can never take the place of a good Chiropractic Adjustment! You have obviously never had one. Self adjusting is very difficult-and may be dangerous because it can make you feel worse! The roller may help improve posture and is helpful when you get adjusted along with it, but it is worthless for correction of anything serious! Why are you making a video half naked? Sooo unprofessional-it really makes you look like a pervert!

  • @classicchiro1 It's best to use the roller without clothing as it gets caught under your shirt. Nudity is beautiful anyway. You, like most of society are immature in these regards even though you're a so call Dr. Chiropractors are over-educated, spoiled brats running a "racket" and not spending near enough time on their patients. They bill out as many hfca 1500 forms as possible (totally part of the medical industry) in a day. The foam roller is awesome and I use it every day.

  • @classicchiro1 I have had chiropractic adjustments and they do not compare with good massage and yoga combined. You, like the medical industry run a QUICK FIX BUSINESS. Nothing fast is worth a shit including the chiropractic adjustments. Your patients go home still tight and then right back out of adjustment because all you did was shove them without stretching and also releasing them. I do barefoot massage and that really levels people out and releases their backs right.

  • @classicchiro1 The value of using the weight of ones own body to roll on a foam roller is awesome and I'm going to teach as many people about this wonderful tool as possible. Just like people can buy glasses on the internet (and stop giving the optometrists all their money) many people can do self massage and adjust their own backs right at home, saving gas, time and money! You'll lose your expensive car and big house on the hill. Ouch! Bummer! Oh well!

  • You're an idiot, being a chiropractor is by far a much better profession than what you are doing so you in no way have a right to put their work down.. I was having problems with my rhomboid muscle on my back and neither doctors nor physiotherapists could offer help then I went to a chiropractor who realigned my spine and neck and also gave me various exercises and stretches to do and it has been fine.

& also, massage is only good for stress relief in my opinion.. It is very overrated and over

  • @Karl2294 Also, massage is awesome if the practioner is any good. I've been to chiropractors and came out of there feeling as though I got ripped off. Ten minutes, $40, and whoosh, I was finished and didn't feel any different than before. A total rip off. On the contrary, the other day I went to Steve and got a massage and he really worked his ass of on me. I left feeling "worked over" and knew I got my money's worth. Powerful therapy. Paid cash. NOT PART OF THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY.

  • @Karl2294 No, you're an IDIOT that does not know how to take care of yourself and so you have to RELY on the medical industry to "quick fix" you. lol. You'll always be DEPENDANT on them because YOU CAN'T HELP YOURSELF and you'll probably run to DRUGS to relieve your problems too. You probably do something repetitively at your work or at home that's going to cause more and more problems and you'll just have to keep going back to those LOOSERS and pay more money continually.

  • what could be used as an alternative to a foam roller if i dont have any of that lying around the house???

  • @333heatha Try rolling on your cat or maybe one of those big Kielbasa sausages.

  • rolling on my cat??? is that meant to be a joke...

  • @VitalityMassage lol! rolling on your cat? lol!

  • ok kevin bacon..

  • Comment removed

  • I think you forgot to mention the importance of hitting a fat bowl of Kush before doing this technique! :P Ace lesson, it has been shared.

  • your dog looks pretty mellow, never even looked up !

  • Love this idea! My only question to make it perfect is: what do you recommend for properly cracking the neck? My neck is the reason I see a chiropractor. Feels so good to have it properly realigned, especially since I have chronic neck pain. Any suggestions so I can stop seeing the chiropractor?

  • @Mamda07 Do deep massage on your neck with un-refined oil like coconut. Stretch your neck several times a day and do yoga classes. Go to a good massage therapist too. This will keep your neck aligned so that you don't have to get it re-aligned. Most people DON'T TAKE THE TIME to work on themselves and so they do a quick fix like a pill or a chiropractic adjustment. If you are one of those people then stick with the pill/chiropractor. Not me! I did yoga this morning at 6:55.

  • @VitalityMassage Do you have any videos on doing a good self neck massage? I have looked up some and the couple I tried made my neck hurt worse and gave me a headache. It's why I am afraid to massage that area on myself. I do several stretches a day and I see a wonderful massage therapist, but not as often as I would like since it costs so much.

  • @Mamda07 Often times we have to endour pain to break through to wellness. Toxins in the tissues released back into the blood can give you a headache. I've experienced this with massaging my jaw muscles. If you want to we can do a skype consultation and I could literally show you some things through the computer.

  • I can't believe how well this worked. Thanks so much for posting!

  • @BarrettFamilyHomeVid Yes, it's like a freaking miracle eh?!

  • I share your sentiments!

  • where do you get the foam rollers

  • @LearningRawLiving You can buy them at any sporing goods store or even Walmart. I bought mine from Banner Therapy. Any massage supply company on the internet will usually have them. You could just put "foam roller" into a search and buy one from any freaking place.

  • Not the one I know -- he does yoga by the way.

  • You sure have a nice body/skin Brett and I love the new lights you have up! =)

  • @guestaccount26 Thanks you Lindsey. You are sweet. Brett
