I lost like 10lb in the 1st 2 weeks and in the following weeks I didnt lose as much - but thats when the real results start ;)

Ey man...overall a good nice lean physice - good legs and great upper body...its more like a model physice...girls get more attracted to that then more huge and riped...so i think uve done very well...the cuts are starting to come out aswell on ur deltoits etc...keep going...great stuff...before summer go wax ur hairs lol and should look good.
