i have a brand new gaming computer but i can only play this on lowest graphis... how do u play it in high?

Try running the 3D configuration program (config.exe) and experiment with different renderers and resolutions.

There's also an odd game glitch that sometimes happens when there is a non-wheel/joystick USB device detected that will cause the FPS to hover between 4 - 10.

Not necessarily, but it is a possibility. It could be a number of things, from improperly configured graphics, to an incompatible downloaded mod, to a game glitch

it worked, it was mty 360 controller... but wen i use the keyboard, it wont let me turn the steering assist off, how do u turn it off? its making me do bad...

The game really wasn't made to be played with a keyboard. That setting will stay on as long as you're using one, for your own sake. I'd guarantee that the car would literally be uncontrollable if you were able to use a keyboard with that setting off.

and i just noticed this is when you pit.

it only shows your crew not the Ais crew

i think it whould be more Relistic that

Go to Opponent Manager, select the car you want to paint, and click Paintshop.
