Yes! I found your other video and I´m making these tomorrow, my son loves them but they´re a bit hard to find in Mexico. Thanks for answering so soon =)
@chofascc Hi, if you make cook dumplings, the leftover dumplings put in some oil mix together put in fridge or freeze, you can fry them and taste very good. I hope your son he will like it :-)
love your videos.. you make cooking looks really easy. I tried making dumplings, but I cheated, because instead of making the wrapping by myself, I bought "sui kao" wrapping at the chinese supermarket, it was not thiner as normal dumplings but it worked very well... saved me a lot of time in the kitchen..
Oh wow, I haven't been to a tupperware party in YEARS. I love the stuff! I will check into getting me one! Thanks for letting me know where you got yours!
This is the most informative and easy to follow demonstration. Excellent technique from start to finish! I have made dumplings in the past - but your recipe and instructions are more informative. I am very excited to make your dumplings today! Thank you very much for your efforts to make these videos (part 1 and part 2).

Thanks for the video! One question: Do we need to let the dough rest before we start wrapping? If so, how long?
Cslim1 1 year ago
@Cslim1 hi, After adding water, knead the dough then let it rest for 10 minutes, after that no need to let it rest again.

Hi, I used to have a metal sifter too... It was horrible! When it broke I bought this one from Tupperware. It works great and I love it.
