haha cool you could actually make stuff for this, they have something for this, a damp pare-towel-like-object. and you use it the same way, it's awesome. you have gorgeous curls! they are just majestic!

@EllieLuvzYuh Are you younger than 10 or so because that wasn't a smart question to ask. 'damp' means not to wet, but not dry either. when you get out of the shower, towel it down for 15 minutes, that is considered damp.

This is what I do everyday:

After I shower, I let my hair get a LITTLE dry and then I twist my whole hair together. Then I turn it like if I'm making a bun and I tuck the end into the loop I made(very tightly).

Also, this only works for long hair because it will come loose if too short. In the morning all I have to do is put some hair oil in to get the frizz out :) I've done this so much that my hair curls like that on its own now ^_^

@KaySamShow not to be rude but rollers are very good for your hair because of the gravity, it brings your hair up and makes your hair grow longer. for example I used to curl my hair everyday with rollers and since my hair is long I tried to make it look very short (around that time my hair was normal long) some reason the next day my hair was super long.

I would love to see more women start embracing natural beauty. Why would u want to damage ur hair? Such effort to grow it out, clean it, care for it and make it look pretty yet you damage it in an instant by applying heat and process. Makes no sense! Victorians wrapped their hair before bed similar to this. They also did not over wash it. Unless it gets very dirty wash it once a week, ur natural oils protect it. It's not nasty. Use a shower cap to keep it dry when you bathe.

@rockmaidenpanda One would bathe BEFORE setting their hair at night. If that isn't possible it's called a shower cap to keep it dry. It's actually rather bad to wash your hair everyday unless it's very dirty and unless you are active it isn't always necessary to take a bath every day either. Setting your hair like this while it is damp is even better when you have time to leave it set until it is thoroughly dry. Simple solutions. Seek and you shall find. Every problem has a solution :)

@Maddyline1998 - I do this all the time for curls. Instead of using hairspray I like to put mousse in my hair before curling it with the socks. It works great.

i dont have alota patience and i have layers in my hair everytime i get to the part when you roll up the sock the hair falls out and when i make the knot half he hair that i intended to be in the sock falls out ive tried mousse and hairspray nothing seems to be doing the job.
