  • Thanks for posting this. I'm planning a trip and plan to incorporate this into my route!

  • @TheInnerParty ...Don't miss Hwy 16 from Kerrville to Medina. In Medina, you can get on 337. If you are heading there from the East, try to ride Park Road One in Bastrop State Park on your way. Thanks for watching.

  • Very nice trip !

  • @LeoLucas360 ....Thanks !

  • Beautiful. Felt the 'call of the wild' watching this. Thanks for taking the trouble to upload.

  • @SOUNDsculptures ......Thank You !

  • Done this ride 3 times and it never gets old. Going to make another trip this fall. Great video!

  • @2far2drive.........Thanks. The ride seems to get better every time I go.

  • @waldenbuilder .... Just rode them again. Headed out with friends from The Woodlands to Bandera where we rode to Leakey while waiting on friends trailering to show up. Next morning, rode the sisters and then rode on home. Awesome ride once again! Some changes though, looks like 336 has been repaved in big sections (I havent been in a year) and we were encountering a lot of gravel in the turns which is no good for us sport/sport tourers trying to double or tripple the turns!

  • @2far2drive ......I know you got a video camera. You gotta bring back some videos to ease my need to get back out there...I rode Rio Grande Hwy 170 a couple of weeks ago. Then the Big Bend. Some hellacious scenery. Check out my first two videos on my channel page. Thanks for stoppin ' by again.

  • thanks for showing nice makes a day go better . like to ride it. wish you all a good day

  • Nice video - thanks for sharing.

We just took our FZ1s on this ride last week. It was awesome!!! The weather was great and the roads were good. Couldn't ask for anything better.

  • @thepopularjock ...Dang it, you make me jealous. Those are great roads and I haven't been on a bike there in a year. Thanks for watching.

  • Man I actually prefer 336. It's a bit more dangerous with all the steers free roaming, but the cattle guards on the road aren't bad. 335 was good but I think 336 has it beat.

  • @Soldier334 ...All three of those roads are spectacular in different ways. Thanks for the comment.

  • wish i had places to ride like this absoulutley buetifull

  • @tattoojayjay ...Tx Hill Country is very pretty. I've seen videos of Snowdonia National Park in the UK that look like a hell of a ride. Ever been there ?

  • @waldenbuilder yes its in north wales been there a few times, but the UK is a small island any decent place we have to ride is probebly only a few hours to a days worth of riding.

  • Very scenic like my country. We have lakes, forests and lots of wildlife parks where I live.

  • @UnknownOconnor ...I have been told Ireland has some great motorcycle roads.

  • Best stretch of scenic road in Texas. Medina to Leaky on 337, hands down. Works for Jeeps too :)

  • @jeffg3209 ...We were taking a break on the side of 337 when a Jeep pulled up and asked if we were OK. Seems he had just been hit by a big deer and knocked off the trim around his wheel well. Great stretch of road except for all those deer.

  • very nice video thanks for sharing..

  • @minnieboo67 ....Thank You !!!

  • I own a 2003 Yamaha YZF 600R with 88,000+ miles on it. I've done alot of hill country riding. Just can't get enough of it. Great video.

  • @duckvdub ....Thanks a bunch. I did some rafting in the Hill Country this summer but didn't make it back out on the bike. That water is cold. Thank you again and Good Riding to ya.

  • @waldenbuilder Great video bro. Im only 21, but have ridden for 10 years. With that being said, those 10 years have been spent entirely within the state of oklahoma.Ha We have a couple of nice stretches, but i was looking to branch out this summer. What are some of your favorite roads in Texas, also are their an nice stretches in New Mexico? Thanks.

  • This video right here will be the reason I subscribe to your channel. My family had hunted out in the hill country for about 30 years, up until 2008 and I've hunted out there for the better part of my life. Sadly we don't anymore, and I miss west texas dearly. It's almost like West Texas is a part of me, and being a fellow biker/ motorcyclist like you, I may just have to ride back out there one day! Great video man.

  • @Dp908 ......Thanks for the friendly comment. Texas is a great place to ride and hunt and fish.

  • Wow! Nice vid!:) Just make sure that if you go on hwy 71, wear a helmet.. Because there are a lot of crashes on that road :(

  • Texas is the best.

  • @5T3V1L ......That's the Truth and nothing but.

  • I have always wanted to go to the Hill Country. Isn't it like where the woods turns into a desert?

  • @IoSonoUomo ......They call the Hill Country the 'Land of 1100 Springs'. If you keep heading West past the Hill Country, there is some pretty serious Desert.

  • @waldenbuilder but is the Hill Country basically where the woods turns to the desert? It's like half arid and half humid, right?

  • @IoSonoUomo .....The transition starts after passing through the Hill Country. Check out my 'Comal River' and 'Guadalupe River' videos. The sparkling rivers are the best part of Central Texas Hill Country. Traveling farther West and South, trees get shorter and then shorter and then.....Sand, Rocks and Cactus in Southwest Texas....And Big Snakes.

  • GOTTA LOVE THOSE FM ROADS

  • @aqualungtx Thank You very much for the compliment. I try to ride out to the Hill Country at least once a year if I'm lucky. Thanks again. Cheers.

  • great ride

  • Don't forget to try the rafting and tubing in the Hill Country. Clear water, great scenery and beautiful Texas women in swimsuits. Schlitterbahn is also close.

  • Thanks for posting this. I love 337. Haven't been that way in years though. This sure was great to watch. Going on to Camp Wood next?
