Can you help please with Joomla! Administration Login.

I have a problem login to Joomla! Administration Login.

Password is fine but as soon as I login with my user name and password the page Reloads itself and does not login and no singe of wrong password or user name.

I login on cPanel and change my password with MD5 but is a same thing page Reloads itself and not login
