In the UK a good online supplier is called The Special Collection (see their website specialcollection and click lingerie) - and you may have the equivalent in the US YouTube won't let me give you the full website address, but after specialcollection put dot com and you should get it!
I'm sure there are, but it obviously depends on which part of the UK you are based - there are certainly shops in London, Birmingham and Manchester - and it's probably best just to do an internet search. Very easy to buy online though and have them delivered. Can even buy them cheaply on Ebay and Amazon.
