Awesome job. An engineering suggestion... next time increase the height / width ratio of your beams. Concrete beams require much more height than width in order to have enough reinforcing steel at the bottom of the beam to accommodate the enormous bending stress and shear stress created by a long span. Without knowing the scale of your drawing, your beams look to be about 2' square. In reality, they would probably be around 24" W x 60"H. Regardless it is an amazing model. You are very talented.
The software is GOOGLE SKETCHUP 7. I downloaded it from google. Just search for google sketchup and download it for free, though the pro version is not.
The tools are just available even if you are not using the pro. hmmm... Just display them from VIEW toolbars... then those on the lower right - i just downloaded. Its the CAD span and i forgot the other one. You can try visiting the google sketchup site for plugins. I also got the podium for renderings... ok
