I never once said don't eat. This is inspiration to be thinner, not to starve yourself. But people will do what they want. Even if this was all fitspo people could over exercise and all that. Thinspo has a negative connotation, but it doesn't mean everyone looking it is starving themselves, some are just wanting to be thinner and looking at pictures of what you want to look like can motivate you.
