I love that you don't use lip liner, just the lip brush. During the day lip stick fades faster than liner, and you're left with that weird looking line around your lips.

Next week I have my special occasion make up practical exam, I'm doing a 50's inspired look and your tip on getting the sharp line for the lips has been a big help, just tried it on my model and it worked a treat. Thank you.

Just love it .. I thought I was crazy mixing lipstick with eyeshadows .. My lip are very dark .. And when I use light colour it doesn't look nice in the picture that's when I started mixing shadows ..

yeah! i can see what your saying, but the model bit her lip inthat exact shot, if you see the others i have on my web they are pretty symetrical, sometimes we dont have control on the shots they pick, sometimes they will pick a shot where the model is winking, that to can look like a droopy eye,.Just some photographers prefer assymetrical features, as they find them more interesting( also sometimes i purposely make them look a little uneven to give the model some expression)sorry you dont like

When you see THE pictures of THE 2 models, you can see that THE one with THE purple lips are absolutely not symetrical.... First thing i've learned is that is à huge mistake...

Very useful tips! However, my fingertips are really far from being the same colour as my lips - my lips are quite pigmented actually, so nude lipstick never shows up as it should on them, whitch is a pity, because I love that kind of look. Any advice on what I should do (I've tried using concealer over my lips, but it just dries them out)?
