uss hathaway from the TNG episode "peak performance". it was a retired ship used for battle simulations. It was temporarly commanded by Riker, when it was attacked by a packled ship.

Packled ship? The episiod you are thinking of is when the Enterprise was conducting a combat simulation with the Hathaway that was being commanded by Cammander Riker. The Ferangi saw them and attacked the enterprise, damaging it's main computer making the enterprise unable to exit out of the simulation mode. Learn your trek man.

You aren't right because the USS Stargazer and the USS Hathaway are of the same class (Constellation class) and you must remember that Captain Picard has never commanded the USS Enterprise-C. The Captain of the USS Enterprise-C was Rachel Garret.
