It's a free mod called Battlegroup42 for the game Battlefield 1942 (if you haven't figured it out already).

I don't know.

I have both mods, but Battlefield 1942 refuses to start, so i haven't been able to test them.

One difference is that they still update Battlegroup42 (update 1.71 on it's way).
