Well, I think it's fake because, if you think of the size of a microphone. It would be hard to fit in your mouth. His mouth must have been opened pretty wide for that to happen. If you were singing and somebody bumped into the mic, it would likely just bump you in the mouth, not go straight down your throught. And in order to remove a microphone from a stand, you remove it backwards, which would be hard to do so quickly since the microphone was bumped "towards" him. This is physically impossible
