I love this song and I love Jane!!! This was so well done, I nearly cried! She was a beautiful soul. I loved how their courtship was portrayed on "The Tudors".

This rocks! It totally fits Henry/Jane. I think he loved her most of all because she was good and kind to everyone, including his daughters, but especially him. She loved Henry for himself, not because he was King. And the times they're together were so sweet. And you could tell he still had love in his heart for her long after she passed on. I think if she'd survived, he'd have had a lot happier outcome...as he said "You are the milk of human kindness...and the light in my dark, dark world."

I don't understand how it's a different rule for Anne. She didn't "steal" Henry away from Katherine because you cannot do such a thing; yet Jane stole him from her?

It's sad that some people don't respect all of his wives just for the s*** they went through. Instead they are pitted against each other constantly. They're all human, gesh!

It's not Jane's fault, anyone would behave as she did. Who would not want to be Queen? I don't think it's Henry's either. The greatest force in her undoing was Cromwell, in my opinion.

I have to agree Cromwell most definitely want Anne to be gone because she would mean the end of him. (But I know who was at fault for detory my marriage.) But Henry was just ready to move to Jane. God didn't deside who should be Queen as it should have been it was just a man.

Henry was ready to move to anyone! He was rather fickle. But he publically defened Anne in the same month as her arrest, and even argued with Chapuys about the Emperor accepting the validity of their marriage. This caused Henry and Cromwell to fall out. Cromwell then set about destroying her. Anne was in a precarious position. It was easy to get to her...then, chop. Simple as. I am not defending Henry, but I don't blame him as much as Cromwell for Anne Boleyn's death.

Do you mean the fiction story from "Tudors" or the real history? Because seriously Henri did it almost alone. He was the source of the rumors about 100 men in Anne`s bed and where would you see another housband who whould proudly declare what kind of a slut his wife is? He initiated it on his own and Jane got luck to die so soon because a year or two after her son`s birth Henry would be bored again and then another beautiful girl could become the Queen on England.

Rights in the kingdom...what you mean? No doubt Henry's gratitude would have been enormous. But with Henry VIII, how long would that last...not very. Before her pregnancy he was hardly a good husband to her, and I think that would have resumed at some point.

The fact that she died days after producing the heir he had always desired was her lucky break. He wouldn't have loved her forever...that's just who he was.

I think the King Tired of Anne, but the fact all of his children, excluding Elizabeth were very sickly chidren. How can someone steal someone? Its not like she tricked him or anything. Neither of them did. Henry got bored of both wives and moved on to something better. And both Anne and Jane refused him at first so he upped the deal and promised them marriage. Who can say no to the King of England? Their families wouldn't even have allowed them to. If there was no love between husband and wife then they are entitled to move on. He just shouldn't have been so shitty to his exes.

Actually, I don't. Marriage is marriage. The fact that Katherine was not pregnant - and possibly not sleeping with Henry (this is not known for sure) - does not mean that they were not married. It was still cheating for Henry to go chasing after Anne, just as much as he was cheating on Anne with Jane. As for the women, neither is wicked: Henry is the one to blame in both cases. You couldn't say no to the King of England, and he pushed and pushed them both.

In reality it was Henry pulling the strings, he had Anne beheaded not Jane, he divorced Katherine not Anne.

The difference between Anne and Jane was that Anne was more in control when it came to discarding Katherine, she was too much of strong woman to sit back and not be involved in her rival's downfall. Jane, on the other hand, was lead and pushed by her family and Anne's enemies. But in the end, it was Henry who had the final say.

Jane had been a lady in waiting to Both Katharine and Anne I think she truly love Katharine and married Henry to get rid of Anne who she hated for destroying Katharine. I think Henry loved Jane mostly because she was a relief from all of the confusion he'd built up around him - she was no Anne - and of course because of Edward's birth. Anyway, I love this song, and Jane is really pretty in this series. It's a great vid, five stars!

I believe he truly loved Jane. I mean apparently it caused him great grief when she died. Also when he died. He was buried right next to her. I read that he said Jane was his only true wife because she provided him with the one thing he always wanted and that was Edward VI. I loved this video! Great Job.

I agree with you! There should be more Henry/Jane videos. For portraying a couple like Henry and Jane, "The Tudors" did present a romantic relationship. The actors had great onscreen chemistry. At least to me, they had.
