Well he tried to block it 0:15. He just put way too much effort into that stare after he pushed him. Also when Danzig pushed the fat guy he had to catch his balance and when he did he locked his body. Bad idea if you need to react quickly and especially when your within arms reach.

This is old... The story was NSK got bumped off the gig and went to confront Danzig calling him names and stuff. Danzig exhausted from just playing shoved the NSK guy (who was twice Danzig's size) to get him away. The NSK guy sucker punched Danzig and went all over the internet saying he beat up old man Danzig (sometimes saying it was self defense because Danzig "was all over him").

No, its called some punk sucker punching a 50 year old man half his size. Pushing matches are common backstage but throwing a punch is outrages. A sucker punch is hitting someone when they are not expecting it and nobody saw that coming (obviously Danzig did not). Its a cowardly action that was not warranted. Pushing is to get someone out of your face (in all accounts fat dude was in Danzig's face) punching is assault.

My friend worshipped Danzig, so he starts stuttering about how much he loves all music and such. After about 5 seconds he tells my friend to shut the fuck up and forget where he lived or he'd be in a world of trouble.

Wow, Danzig has a LOT of martial arts training, yet he did pretty much everything wrong:
1) He started a fight when nothing was at stake. Risked injury and lawsuit when it would have been easy to just walk away.
2) He initiated the fight with a push - no chance to damage the opponent. If your going to start a fight take the other guy out!!!
3) After the push, he kept his hands down in a 'muscle man' pose . Dude, you just started a fight - defend yourself!
