I don't think so, Gina. I know that Congress bears responsibility also, but Bush wasn't a leader, hardly ever used his veto pen. He declared "The Constitution's just a g-damned piece of paper!" Our liberties greatly diminished under this president!!! He should have been impeached, but Pelosi stood in the way. Little wonder that he is the most unpopular president in modern history. He is leaving us nearly bankrupt & on the verge of martial law and another Great Depression. I could go on and on.
