He stated that when placed on Aluminium-sheet, it levitated. That is simple diamagnetic levitation. The AC field in the coil produces mirror-image EDDY-CURRENTS in the aluminum, which repls the coil. This is the principle behind germany and Japan's Mag-lev trans that fly over aluminum-track at 300mph. Also enables SEG-"runners" to "float" over the "plates", as they arbit and rotate, like little "N"-machines, each roller a little generator in itself.

Then That is a "Clarke-Coil" a levitating coil designed by Richard LeFors Clarke, PhD (Google him). Levitating toroids are deplyed by Dept. Of Naval Intelligence, and people along the Gulf coast have been seeing and camcordering these things that look like huge hovering trashcans right from the beach. I'll look for the video, but sounds like a Clarke-coil. Electromagentism is THOUSANDS of times more powerful than gravity, so making things that fly with simple force-fields is EASY.

NASA has done some good vacuum-chamber work recently, they were funded by Gravitec. Good vacuum-work takes money.

I understand that the money factor is generaly the problem with the vacum test, though i have looked into it and i dont believe making a vaccum chamber sufficent for the testing of this will be hard or even expensive. i would give it a price tag of maybe $3-400. It shouldnt even have to be a completely 0 atmospheres, any change in atmophere should show different results to prove or disprove this electrogravity concept. No, I am sorry, I have done the research and have the published papers to prove it. This form of propulsion is several orders of magnitude more than jet propulsion can account for, according to the US ARMY and NASA. HECTOR SERRANO tested his devices in Vacuum, and so did NASA, and both were granted patents based on that research.

Actually, an ion engine has already been used by NASA to send a probe (Deep Space 1) out to explore a comet. Goto to NASA's website to check it out. It essentially uses the same principles here, ionizing a gas to use it as propulsion.
